Incorrectly billed, please respond to ticket
You told me to have my support ticket sorted out before november so I would not be double charged but instead I did not hear back from you in over 14 days and I WAS billed two times by now...
Please respond to my ticket and sort out my issue.

This could be some kind of misunderstanding which I believe that could be sorted out. Please contact the Cookiebot support team at support@cookiebot.com and describe the situation. I believe that they would manage to deal with this in short term and help you solve your issue.

thanks for your answer, but I wrote them already multiple times.
Been waiting for an answer now for more than 4!!! weeks...
