  • Hi Stefan,

After visiting and investigating your site from incognito browser everything seems to work fine. Both sliders (ids: content-slider and produkt-slider) are displayed and operating as expected.
Could you please confirm that you are still experiencing any issues so we could investigate further more the above described problem. If the issue is still occurring please provide us with steps to reproduce the problem or some video/images of the bug (any information would be very useful and appreciated) so we could help you solve your problem.

    Regards,
    Spas

    Hi,

we solved our problem with the Slider by turning off the automatic mode and switching to manual mode.

However, we now have a problem with our other site: www.ein-druck.net

The cookie consent banner is displayed, but the cookie explanation is missing on our privacy page. We have inserted the code, but it will not be displayed.

    Can you help us?

    Thanks!

  • Hi Stefan,

While inspecting your site (www.ein-druck.net) though the inspector console I did not see the Cookie Declaration script
    <script id="CookieDeclaration" src="https://consent.cookiebot.com/00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000/cd.js" type="text/javascript" async></script>

Could you please tell me how you have implemented Cookiebot on your site and more specifically how the cookie declaration code has been inserted on the page. Also I see that there are two identical 'consent.cookiebot' scripts. You could also check the general implementation guide for more detailed information: https://www.cookiebot.com/en/help/

    Spas

    Hallo,

Ich habe den Code für das Banner wie im Handbuch beschrieben in das head-Tag der Vorlage fe_page eingefügt.

Ich habe den anderen Code an der gewünschten Stelle in ein HTML-Element eingefügt.

    Vielen Dank

  • Hi Stefan,

While inspecting your site (www.ein-druck.net) though the inspector console I did not see the Cookie Declaration script added to your Privacy Policy page.
    <script id="CookieDeclaration" src="https://consent.cookiebot.com/00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000/cd.js" type="text/javascript" async></script>

I can see only this iframe:
    <iframe tabindex="-1" role="presentation" aria-hidden="true" title="Blank" src="https://consentcdn.cookiebot.com/sdk/bc.min.html" style="position: absolute; width: 1px; height: 1px; top: -9999px;"></iframe>

added to the Privacy Policy page of your website. Could you please tell me how/where you have inserted the cookie declaration code on the page. Did you add the script though some snippet/plugin/element or just copy/paste it in the desired position on the page.

    Regards,
    Spas

    Hallo,

  • Hi Stefan,

When inspecting Privacy Policy page on  www.werbeschwamm.de website I see the Cookie Declaration script inserted in the page (see screenshot below)

However, when visiting and inspecting Privacy Policy page on www.ein-druck.net I do not see Cookie Declaration script added on the page. You could check it by yourself, please open the page and press right clink, then inspect element and search for cookie declaration script.
Could you please check again if you have added the code on the page because I think that the Cookie Declaration is not displayed because the script is not added.

    Regards,
    Spas

    Hello,

As far as we can see, the cookie explanation is inserted in the data protection on both sides (see pictures).

    Source code www.werbeschwamm.de

    Source code www.ein-druck.net

  • Hi Stefan,

Could you please provide me with an image of the whole "window" of the page inspector. Because when I am inspecting https://www.ein-druck.net/datenschutz.html I do not see Cookie Declaration script. (see screenshot below)

Could you also check if your are inspecting the same domain name (https://www.ein-druck.net/datenschutz.html) and also please clear all types of cache on your website because this could be also an issue.

    Regards,
    Spas

    Hi,

the two screenshots were from the source code of the respective page. If we go like you on "Examine" then the cookie explanation is not to be seen.

But in the source code does.
    see pictures below:

  • Hi Stefan,

After inspecting the source code and investigating your site more detailed it seems that the problem does not comes from Cookiebot. The error on you site is there no matter if Cookiebot is active or not. You can try it by blocking uc.js in the browser's network console. So the error must be caused by something else. Could you please check if the Cookiebot script is not blocked by something (another script or restriction).

    Spas

    Hello,

    Thanks for the message.
    Now we found the error.

Our website runs with the CMS system Contao. There is a script that is used for mobile navigation.

The script called by the cookie explanation uses the same name as Contao's script. If we change the name in the mobile navigation script, the cookie explanation is displayed but the mobile navigation does not work anymore. Adjusting everything so that the mobile navigation works again would be very time-consuming.

Now our question would be whether you can rename the name in the script.
    Would that be possible?

    Thanks!

  • Hi Stefan,

Renaming the Cookie Declaration Script would not solve the problem since this is not a Cookiebot error.
This is the script that is causing the problem on your site: https://www.ein-druck.net/files/cto_layout/scripts/jpanelmenu.js
As a solution I would suggest to remove or adjust the script somehow, so it doesn't conflict with Cookiebot declaration script.

    Spas

    Hallo,

    Thanks!
