Credit card info added, status still says "pending"
We have added our credit card info for a paid account, but the status in Cookiebot still says "pending". How can we solve this issue?

Taking in mind the post is a bit old, I guess that you have already solve the issue.
However, the 'pending' Cookiebot status could stay until the credit card details and available balance is confirmed, but it should immediately disappear after that. Please also try to logout and login in your about again, this could fix the issue.Regards,
