Changes to Free accounts from March 29th 2023 onwards

Wholesale customers will need to become retail customers in order to benefit from the discount. Keep reading to find out more."},{"q":"How will the discount work for wholesale customers?","a":"There are two ways to convert your wholesale customers to retail customers and take advantage of the discount:<ol><li>Wholesale customers can be invited with a custom link provided via email. This will automatically associate them with your reseller account. Once they upgrade to the Premium Plan, the discount will be applied automatically and their Cookiebot CMP account can then be updated with the new domain group.</li><li>You can invite customers to <a href='https://support.cookiebot.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004497114' target='_blank'>take ownership of a domain group</a> in the manager. The CMP configuration and domain group will then be taken over.</li><div class='please-note'>The discount won’t be applied automatically in this case. Please contact our <a href='https://support.cookiebot.com/hc/en-us/requests/new' target='_blank'>Support Team</a> as soon as the customer creates their retail account, and before they upgrade.
