In order to do so, we stay up to date with the latest guidelines from national, regional and local data protection agencies. We strive to make our solution as user-friendly as possible, understanding the challenges our customers face to achieve compliance. New features have been added in a steady pace since the start of our journey, among these;</p> <ul style='list-style-type: circle;'><li>Automatic cookie blocking</li> <li>IAB TCF v2.0 integration</li> <li>Google Consent Mode integration</li> <li>Geo-targeting</li> <li>New Swift banner templates</li> <li>The Privacy trigger</li></ul> <p>All of the above was released throughout the years, without affecting actual pricing. Increasing supplier and developing costs have now led us to update Cookiebot CMP pricing.</p> <p>As a company, we are working hard every day to improve the solution we created and have been doing so since going live in 2017. We are excited about every new feature that has been released, making our CMP solution the most user-friendly in the market and we look forward to showing you what else we have in store. What does this mean for me?", "a": "<p>30-day Trial accounts are free, unless you upgrade the account to Premium by adding payment details. What does this mean for me?", "a": "<p>If you only have 1 domain with fewer than 50 pages, you will remain on our Free plan as long as these conditions are met. The new price changes will not affect users on a Free plan.</p> <p>If at any point our scanner finds more than 50 pages on your domain, the account will first be converted to a free 30-day Trial account. After 30 days, you can decide if you like to upgrade your account to Premium. </p>" }, { "q": "How does yearly billing work?", "a": "<p>Yearly billing is a prepaid payment method. We issue an invoice for the domains on your account for the next 12 months, based on the subscription size set by the last scan on your domain(s).</p> <p>Any new domains added to your account within this billing year, will trigger an additional invoice. The billing period for the new domains will be set from the time you add these and will be aligned with the end of the current billing year (set by the first annual invoice on your account).</p> <p>Do note that we do not recommend changing to yearly billing if you plan on adding and deleting domains during the billing year, as we do not offer any refunds for domains deleted mid payment term. When a domain is added to your Cookiebot account, our scanner will scan each url identified on the given domain, and follow links to all other unique urls found on the page.</p> <ul style='list-style-type: circle;'><li>If the scan finds fewer than 500 pages → Premium <strong>Small</strong></li> <li>If the scan finds fewer than 5000 pages → Premium <strong>Medium</strong></li> <li>If the scan finds more than 5000 pages → Premium <strong>Large</strong></li></ul> <p>If you only have 1 domain with fewer than 50 pages, you meet the conditions for our Free Plan (with limited functionality). All new domains added to your existing Premium account, will be invoiced according to the new prices from June 15, 2022. All domains added to your account before June 15 will be invoiced according to the current prices.
