If you have invited a customer and the customer has accepted your invitation (i.e. has opened a Cookiebot account, accepted our Terms of Service and that the invoice comes from us, added his payment info and accepted that his account will be under your reseller account), then clicking ‘Manage’ will give you access to the customer’s account and configuration.
However, if you click ‘Manage’ and all you see is a page asking for payment information – which you cannot get past – then it is most likely because the customer has not yet added the payment information needed. This typically happens if the customer has a website with more than 100 pages. The customer's subscription will then automatically be converted to a 1-month free trial with full functionality. When the trial period is over, the customer needs to add his payment info in order to be able to continue using Cookiebot under a premium (paid) subscription. Both the customer and you will be faced with this page asking for payment information before you can do anything else. In this case, please inform the customer to add the payment information so you (and the customer himself) can gain access to the account.
