I am trying to add the ‘preferences, statistics and marketing’ using a ‘custom’ template but with no success. I have also amended the CSS but it is not showing on my website. Can you help me?

Please use the checkbox IDs as described in the overview of the HTML placeholders and naming conventions (described in the guide). Also, make sure to match the CSS class names in the CSS definition with the class markup in the HTML. That should make it work.
