On the reseller sign-up form we ask for your bank details (IBAN bank account number or alternative bank details if you are located outside Europe and do not have an IBAN number). This is so that we can pay out the administration fee to you for those customers you have under the ‘retail model’.
The requirement to have a Premium account (that we convert to a reseller account) has to do with two things:
- We cannot technically convert a free account with limited functionality to a reseller account (with full functionality) and
- For those customers you have under the wholesale model, we will withdraw the subscription fees minus your 20% wholesale discount monthly via the payment details you enter on your account.
Since all resellers are free to use one model or a combination of both models – and can change their choice at all times without us being involved (based solely on the way they sign up their customers) - we ask for both.
In regards to your own payment options, resellers will only be able to have a monthly payment plan due to the nature of our administration fees. How does the reseller administration fee work?
