How do I change my Trial account back to a Free subscription?

Our Free plans are limited to 1 domain with maximum 50 pages. If our scanner finds more than 50 pages on your domain, your account will automatically be converted to a Trial account.

During your 30-days trial period, you will have access to all Premium features.

If at any point during your Trial or Premium account, your website contains 50 subpages or less (and you only have 1 domain), it is possible to get back on the Free subscription. Unfortunately, we are unable to downgrade your existing account, but you can follow the steps below:

Save all data you may need
Cancel your account: Cancel
Wait 5-10 minutes and then create a new account: Signup
Add your domain and implement the new scripts on your website.

This account will be a Free subscription for as long as your page count does not increase above the 50 threshold. If you do this within the 30-days Trial period, there will be no cost to you.
