How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Log into your Cookiebot Account
2. Open “My account” (right top corner)
3. Click 'Cancel My Account'
4. Fill out the form
5. Click 'Cancel My Account Now'

And you are done!

If you have multiple domains on your Cookiebot account and you only want to cancel the subscription for one/some of them:

1. Log in to your account https://manage.cookiebot.com/goto/login
2. Go to the menu point ‘Settings’ and the tab ‘Domains’
3. Delete the domain(s) you no longer wish to have a subscription for (look for the grey icon with a small white X on the right-hand side next to the domain name).
4. Save your settings (tick mark in the blue bar on the left-hand side)

1. Log into the Admin Interface: https://admin.cookiebot.com.
2. Select ‘Settings’ from the menu on the left-hand side.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the ‘Delete account’ section.
4. Click the button labeled ‘Delete account permanently’
5. You will be asked for a reason for cancelling, this helps us improve our product.
   When you have selected one of the options you can optionally add a comment.
6. Click the button labelled ‘Delete account permanently’.

If you have multiple domains on your Cookiebot account and you only want to cancel the subscription for one/some of them:

1. Log in to your account https://admin.cookiebot.com
2. Select ‘Domains & Aliases’ from the menu on the left-hand side.
3. Select the domain(s) you no longer wish to have a subscription for by checking the box(es) to the left.
4. Click the button labeled ‘Delete selected’.
5. Confirm by clicking the button labeled ‘Delete’ on the dialog.
