If you have a single domain with fewer than 50 pages you are eligible for a Free subscription. If you have multiple small domains, with fewer than 50 pages, you do not meet the conditions for a Free subscription. This would mean that you would need several Premium subscriptions, regardless of the size of the added domains.
“What should I do if I have a combination of very small and larger domains?”
As mentioned before, if you add more than a single domain to an account you do not meet the conditions for a free subscription.
In such a case you will need to create multiple separate accounts; One for the Premium subscriptions with website in excess of 50 pages. And one for each of the individual websites with fewer than 50 pages.
An example
In the example below you can see ten domains for which Cookiebot subscriptions are needed.
Of these ten domains, six are small enough to qualify for free subscriptions.
www.first-domain.com | 122 |
www.second-domain.com | 6543 |
www.third-domain.com | 392 |
www.fourth-domain.com | 12 |
www.fifth-domain.com | 64 |
www.sixt-domain.com | 32 |
www.seventh-domain.com | 45 |
www.eighth-domain.com | 39 |
www.ninth-domain.com | 22 |
www.tenth-domain.com | 7 |
If all of these domains are added to the same account, we would need a Premium Large and nine Premium Small subscriptions.

1 Premium Large 9 Premium Small |
However, if only the four subscriptions above 50 pages are added to the same account, only a single Premium Large and three Premium Small subscriptions are required.
When separate accounts are created for each of the remaining domains, no additional Premium subscriptions are required.
